What we say:
I'll try not to be bias due to my love of soft hues, subtly Scandinavian interiors and a dashing selection of taxidermy; but I just might be. It's very, very rare to come across any private hire only venues in Brighton, but with the introduction of one as decadent at Caribou Rooms, could we be seeing more? This looks like a charming little pad for private parties, birthdays and wedding receptions the like, especially for those who want something a little special without paying through the nose for it (Private Hire is free you guys!). And If this isn't one Instagram-able joint, we don't know what is.
