1847 are looking to blow diners away with their dedicated cocktail bar downstairs, Dandelion. Head down via the super swanky spiral staircase and you'll find a small but charming space decked out with a classy, monochrome interior. To give it a bit of a twist, this space has a fun 'pop art' vibe going on, with pastel coloured bar stall seats and pop art posters adorning the wall adjacent to the bar. Speaking of the bar, the fine folk who work behind it can rustle up a mean cocktail using all fresh ingredients - head down to dabble in these truly delectable tipples.
