Offering redemption for the hungry, the hungover and fans of the hard stuff, The West Hill Tavern will be launching the city's first ever bottomless pizza brunch this weekend. Putting forth the holy trinity of weekend eating every Saturday from 11.30am to 3pm, this boozy, doughy dining experience comes with a bespoke pizza menu featuring brunch-appropriate toppings. Take, for instance, the 'Avocuddle': alongside being an example of adorable word-play, it comes topped with salmon, avocado, spring onion, capers and rocket on a cream base. Other options include shakshuka and huevos rancheros-inspired pizzas, and a simple 'Wakey Wakey' eggs and bacon offering.
As for the drinking portion of the experience, for just £25 you can enjoy two hours of free-flowing prosecco, mimosas and frozen Bloody Marys - a necessary cure for those morning after sweats, or simply a refreshing beverage for brunching in the warmer months. This new brunch comes as part of the menu for the Cosmic Pizza Co., which arrives at The Westie this Friday, and promises to serve up all-manner of delicious Neapolitan pizzas, including vegan and veggie options.
Cosmic Pizza Co.'s bottomless pizza brunch is available every Saturday from April 14th between 11.30am - 3pm at The West Hill Tavern, 67 Buckingham Place, Brighton, BN1 3PQ.
