Pop-Up Micro-Bar Is Bringing Fermented Cocktails To Brighton

Trashed Panda Brighton

The Sneaky Panda its getting its hands dirty this March.

Forget what you know about cocktails because The Sneaky Panda is here to shake things up. Founded by owner of Trashed Panda and head bartender Jack Goldstein (previously of Plotting Parlour and Daddy Long Legs), this pop-up cocktail experience is all about 'banging drinks, noms and tunes.' Housed within The Set at Artist Residence, you'll need to head to the restaurant to uncover the bookshelf which holds a hidden doorway leading to the micro-bar.

Experimental libations are at the forefront, with locally sourced products and unusual ingredients made from scratch to shape a specialised and constantly changing drinks list. Ditching the usual combination of old school spirits and mixers on a back bar, concoctions are created using a stove and fermentation corner. With space for 15 thirsty imbibers, this is the place for contemporary drinks in an intimate setting.

The Sneaky Panda is open from Wednesdays to Saturdays from 5pm until late. Discover your new favourite drinking spot at The Set, 33 Regency Square, Brighton BN1 2GG.
