After almost a whole year of false starts and snap lockdowns, Brighton's newest beachfront bar is finally open for business. Rockwater is the seaside spot bringing you ocean sights and pretty terrace settings to see you through the summer in style.
Situated on Hove's Western Esplanade, the complex is open from dawn 'til dusk, so whether you're looking for an alfresco dining destination or a coffee for the commute this slick space can cater. The ultimate location for post-lockdown socialising, Rockwater brings together a range of food and drink experiences for every occasion - head to their Shacks by the Shore for health-focused light bites or nab a space on their ground floor terrace for handmade cocktails and sourdough slices.
Most impressive of all is their rooftop restaurant, which offers diners panoramic views as well as a menu of international bites. Tuck into Baja vegan tacos, seared beef fillet and the freshest seafood plates while watching the waves break. And for when the weather inevitably turns? The venue also features a retractable roof to keep those delicious dishes dry.
Rockwater is open now every day from 7am to 10pm. You can find the on the Western Esplanade, Kingsway, Hove, BN3 4FA. Looking for more food with view? Check out our guide to seafront restaurants in Brighton here.
