The Tremendous Tipi did a magical thing for Brighton at Christmas, bringing seaside wanderers a taste of the Scandi chic with their transformative Winter Wonderland. From photo booths and fur throws down to roaring real fires and mulled wine that packed a gullet warming punch, the beachfront was transformed. But many of you whimpered when they left, clutching and heckling at wooden poles, wondering when you'd see that tipi again. Well never you mind about grabbing the bed sheets and getting to work on one made of a clothes horse and pegs, the Tremendous Tipi returns this February 14th with another theme in tow.
If anyone knows how to throw a carnival, it's the heaving hedonistic crowds of Brighton; No wonder than that the Tremendous Tipi's next endeavour happens to be one of Mardi Gras stylings. Set to be held between 14th February to Sunday 16th March on the terrace of Brighton Music Hall, the Mardi Gras Festival is sure to be a hit with party patrons looking for something a little different in the city. Even with further details such as prices and times left to be announced, we're excited to uncover a little carnival cavern in the city.
