One contemporary culinary showdown is coming to Brighton for a six course feast of hand crafted delights from one heavenly foodie collaboration: Silo & 64Degrees.
Silo pride themselves on promoting a new wave of cheffing craft by supporting and religiously following a zero waste ethos. They believe in food purity and the integration of natural farming techniques to influence the ingredients they use and the methods with which they cook it. In an industry rifled with wastage and poor farming programmes, Silo have mastered a homegrown philosophy where they mill their own flour, use raw milk and even make their own butter and cheese. Now, that is dedication. Through using a network of ethical farmers, growers and producers Silo have built an empire of natural ingredients, taste and a wholesome flavour.
In this collaboration, the cheffing masterminds behind 64 Degrees, Douglas McMaster and Michael Bremner, will be cooking up a six course dinner at Silo. The menu is yet to be confirmed, but you know this culinary combination will be nothing but delectable deliciousness.
The Silo & 64Degrees dinner will be Tuesday 9th Dec @ 7pm, North Laine, Brighton.
