Description
The Pipeline is an independent vegan rock joint in Brighton.
Even from the outside, The Pipeline looks appealing thanks to the huge beer garden at the front that's perfect for the summer months. Head inside and you’ll find even more, from a neon-lit bar covered in a library of spirits and beer, to the pinball machines, to the wide-screen TVs surrounded by sofas so you can watch sport in comfort. Meanwhile, the jukebox will cater to all your rock ‘n’ roll needs. Upstairs is a private hire space with a PA system to be used for events and gigs alike.
The vegan menu is pure comfort food. Expect to find meat-free burgers like the Pulled Porky or the Elvis Burger, made from Vbeefy with crispy rasher, hash brown and crisp lettuce, topped with banana, peanut butter and burger sauce, as well as wraps like Hoisin ducky and falafel. There are also salads if you want a slightly healthier option. Being all about rock, expect beer and hard spirits for your drinks.
