The Brunswick

The Brunswick is a prominent live music venue as well as a craft beer pub. Hosting up to 14 live shows a week in their Main Venue (130 cap) and Cellar Bar (60 cap), they host a wide range of genres from jazz to heavy metal.

Both venues are also available for private hire with the Cellar Bar being a favourite for late night shindigs. The Brunswick makes an ideal wedding venue whether you're looking for entire premises hire or private function room. 

Join them during Brighton Fringe to see comedy acts and family friendly puppet shows. The Brunswick are also part of 'Alternative Escape' and host some all day music events during The Great Escape.

If you're in the area when the sun is out, go and enjoy their large beer garden- one of the best sun traps in Hove.

In the bar area you'll find fairy lights, board games, lots of beer themed artwork to look at and a very welcoming team of staff. It's worth noting that The Brunswick are also very dog friendly and have lots of treats on hand. 

They are a fiercely independent free house, steering clear of the big named brands, and take great pride in selecting which products they stock their bar with. The spirit shelves have really outdone themselves and are filled with products that serve a greater purpose by protecting the planet instead of harming it.

Throughout the year, they work with many breweries around the world to host tap takeovers. They also host two annual beer festivals in the Summer and Winter. Keep an eye on their socials for news on these.

The kitchen at The Brunswick is run by Jacks Pizza who serve the very best Detroit style pizza daily.
