Description
Tucked away in the bustling suburb of Hove is a charming boozer with quirky classicism, vintage nooks and a heralded secret on its second floor; introducing, The Wick Inn.
Housed in a traditional Victorian building and boasting the period features that come with a pub of its ilk, The Wick Inn is laden in historic trinkets, from it's central island bar to classic benches. Dashes of green like The Wizard's Emerald City are abundant throughout, with a quirky selection of bar stools, spinning globes, vintage photos and fairy lights thrown in for charming measure.
Whilst this relatively traditional pub harbours glistening interiors and kitsch charm, there's also another secret that this Brighton boozer boasts, aside from cracking pub food in the shape of Thai classics, local ales and 'the best pub quiz this side of France' that is (their words, but give it a sterling try). Make your way up a classic set of winding stairs and prepare to envelope yourself in a little 1920s style as The Wick Inn boast one of the only bootleggin' themed bars in the city, The Speakeasy.
