A Victorian inspired den of dusty collectibles and retro wonders, The Black Dove feels encased in a cool Twentieth Century time warp. From its deep mahogany colours and indulgent Galleon inspired basement snug brimming with rich curtains and collectibles to its amalgamation of vintage furniture, books and crackled chandeliers, The Black Dove has hit the nail on the quirky head.
Boasting a 'Cocktail Bible' of creative concoctions, thought up and created by their master mixologists, The Black Dove not only promise a cracking collection of unique tipples, it's probably one of the only places in Brighton quite happy to serve up a Sazerac. But cocktail connoisseurs aren't the only drinkers in for a treat; from international craft beers and locally brewed ales to unique tipples and Brooklyn Lager on tap, you'll be hard pushed to find some of these anywhere else.
