Description
Found next door to Hotel Du Vin and just shy of the Brighton Lanes is a rustic retreat of tasty proportions; whilst it may be a part of the hotel itself, this Brighton pub feels like a fun filled departure from the static hotel bars of days gone by.
Rustic and heart warming barely seem to cut the mustard when it comes to an intimate venue like Pub Du Vin. From its traditional brass fronted bar and it's roaring fireplace to exposed brickwork, classic furniture and dining tables, Pub Du Vin promise drinkers and diners toasty country kitchen vibes with a slight Swiss lodge flair.
Drinks are in Pub Du Vin's name as they boast a local selection of traditional ales including Sussex Best Bitters and Smoky Nol, all going down nicely with their premium gastro style grub. Burgers are the dish of the day at Pub Du Vin where they are renowned for their robust flavours and hearty pile ups. From a PVD with skinny fries to brioche babes and mountainous homemade chips, Pub Du Vin have taken the gourmet Brighton burger to a new level, even being served in their own porcelain take away style plates.
