What they say:
After 16 years serving thirsty patrons on Brighton beach, the Red Roaster cafe has been transformed by Great British Menu chef Matt Gillan. By day, the coffee shop serves the brews that earned Red Roaster its reputation, with a modern twist, while at night it is transformed into the Pike and Pine, serving a food menu of the calibre, according to the chef himself, 'that [he's] been known for over the last few years'.
What we say:
With Matt Gillan at the helm, known for both TV and retaining a Michelin star at his former restaurant The Pass for five years, the beachfront restaurant is guaranteed some exciting additions to the menu. He's known for his showmanship and for producing more experimental dishes, while hosting it in the iconic coffee shop means we can expect some top quality, after dinner beverages.
