Description
The masterminds behind the renowned Sicilian supper club, Cin Cin, have taken on their biggest challenge, with a permanent restaurant now open in Hove. Serving authentic Italian fare, accompanied by fine Italian wine and flavoursome aperitifs, the team hope to recreate the laid-back, homely mantra of their supper clubs in this newly opened space.
The venue is purposely plain in its decor. With simple wooded benches and stools, cream coloured walls brought to life by splashes of art, and large lightbulbs hanging delicately over each table, the venue's modesty and honesty perfectly accompanies the authentic flavours on display.
The food and drink menu is of course the primary focus here. Alongside fresh pasta dishes, brought to life by a selection of tomato, cheese and herb-infused sauces, the selection of small plates and sharing platters is ideal for larger groups. The restaurant boasts an impressive lineup of crisp Italian wines and ice-cold bottles of Prosecco. And to round off proceedings and leave an exquisite taste lingering on each diners' palate, guests can choose either a Sicilian lemon tart or a hazelnut praline cheesecake from the dessert menu.
