Description
The second location from purveyors of delicious Sicilian suppers, Cin Cin Hove is the younger but bigger sister to Brighton's Vine Street restaurant which opened in 2016. Serving up some of the most delicious Italian cuisine in Brighton, Cin Cin has made a name for itself through its dedication to simple, seasonal and truly spectacular dishes.
Working with an expanded team of chefs, Cin Cin head chef Jamie Halsall splits time between both sites to ensure that the food is of the high standards that we have come to expect from Cin Cin. Halsall's menu remains entrenched in the changing of the seasons, using on the freshest produce to craft a small but perfectly formed menu of small plates and pasta dishes, as well as a revolving line up of daily specials. The addition of a charcoal robata-style grill at this location means that the menu can be further expanded to incorporate fantastic meat, fish and vegetable dishes, such as their Sussex lamb rump on Castelluccio lentils, celeriac & salsa verde.
Cin Cin Hove has maintained the communal and casual dining atmosphere of the original venue, with an open kitchen and U-shaped bar surrounded by dining stools. Cin Cin Hove also offers a space for private dining, parties and events.
