Welcome to your new Hove hangout for long weekend brunches, cocktails, dinner dates and dancing with friends - we’re open until 2am on the weekends.
We’re a neighbourhood restaurant and late-night bar featuring art deco-interiors, a cosy heated terrace and secret speakeasy nightclub and hireable events space downstairs. Third Avenue invites you to relax, sit back and enjoy your time with us. With service this friendly and drinks this good - you’ll never want to leave.
We serve Eastern and Mediterranean inspired small plates designed for good times and sharing, and a killer cocktail menu.
