Description
Bringing together a high-spec team of food and drink aficionados, Hove's Wild Flor is the first restaurant from former Cin Cin manager James Thompson, wine expert Robert Maynard, chef Ollie Darby and front of house manager Faye Hudson. Taking up residence on Church Road, the bistro-style eatery is all about the seasonal plates with its mix of rabbit and chicken terrine, pork collar and roasted cauliflower - and that's just the April menu.
Maynard's carefully curated wine list has been designed with pairing in mind, but he's also put together some slightly more exciting options for seasoned wine connoisseurs looking to sip down something a little different with their evening meal.
