Description
Founded by local chef Phil Bartley and drinks expert Steve Pineau, Taste Sussex aims to celebrate fresh produce through its flavour-packed dishes. Located in the heart of Brighton Marina, where Frankie & Benny's once stood, this restaurant oozes class with its exposed brick walls, potted plants and chic leather booths.
Tuck into their wagyu sirloin steak with Koffman chips, creamed spinach and bone marrow or opt for a smoked ham and truffle brie focaccia. If you're a fan of cocktails then sip on a kir royal with creme de cassis and Champagne or a mai tai with Disaronno, Cointreau, rum, lime and pineapple.
