Having pleased Brighton's hungry crowds over the years with their vibrant supper clubs, the Cin Cin team have taken on their biggest challenge yet, opening an permanent space in the city's North Laine area. Specialising in Italian cuisine, the restaurant serves authentic Sicilian recipes and crisp fine wines, composed using the finest ingredients on offer. With a handful of small plates and antipastis balancing out the menu, the freshly made pasta and homemade, herb-infused sauces are certainly a highlight of the menu. To round things off nicely, the hazelnut praline cheesecake and Sicilian lemon tart is sure to make an impression on even the pickiest of diners.

Having tested and experimented with their flavours, the Cin Cin team rightly approach the new challenge of a permanent restaurant with a bit of swagger. Their authentic recipes have already proven to be big hitters in Brighton.
