As one sustainable restaurant shuts its doors, another one opens. Replacing The Coffee Break by Edendum - and filling the void that Silo left - Kindling is all about eco-friendly cooking and "fiercely seasonal" food. From wild foraging to locally sourced produce, ethical dining is at the core.
Located on 69 East Street, there's a regularly changing menu of small plates and drinking snacks. Homemade butter is created using cream from Downs View Farm, cheese is sourced locally from The Cheese Man and beef has a short journey from Saddlescombe Farm on the South Downs.
