Description
Pascere brings tasty British small plates to The Lanes.
The venue is a split-level restaurant, boasting a strong blue colour scheme that evokes Brighton’s seaside location, with large windows to allow the natural light to flow in. Alongside cosy booths, guests can sit on stools by the open-kitchen to watch the drama of the kitchen, or use large outdoor terrace for alfresco eating.
The kitchen serves a selection of tasty British small plates, like chicken croquettes with chicken skin mayonnaise, or Portland crab tart with shellfish custard, as well as larger dishes, such as roast Goosnargh duck breast and crispy duck leg with duck liver parfait. As for drinks, they offer a large selection of wine by the glass, as well as sparkling wines and Champagnes.
