Serving up some of the best vegan burgers in Brighton, this cool and casual eatery in The Lanes is a must visit if you're on the hunt for some hearty plant-based junk food.
The Lanes venue is the brand's first outside of London, but they serve up the same moreish bites that made them so popular in the capital. Their burgers and wraps are the stuff of legend, with patties formed of everything from chickpea and red pepper to vegan chicken and jerk jackfruit. However the sides are as enticing - think tater tots, Kentucky 'chicken' nuggets and mac and cheese.
While the bar offering keeps things simple with a few beers and wines, Vurger Co. are no stranger to a shake and you can add your choice of rum or whisky to their line-up of Oreo, Biscoff or salted caramel popcorn flavoured treats.
