Ex-Fat Duck chef Aaron Dalton has been winning over Brighton’s foodie scene with his Four Restaurant pop-ups around town. Now, he’s launching his first permanent restaurant, 15 Vine Street.
Teaming up with local business experts and The Good Times Brewery, it seems the space will be the product of community effort, bringing fresh, seasonal eats to the masses in a sustainable way.
