If you're a real foodie or a sucker for luxe interiors, Brighton has got just the place for you. Situated on New Road, Furna is the town's newest restaurant that's run by Yorkshire-born chef Dave Mothersill. Known for cooking up tasty grub across some of the best kitchens in the area, including Terre à Terre, The Salt Room and The Gingerman, he’s now striking out on his first solo venture.
As for interiors? Head inside the gorgeous 37-cover venue, where you'll be met with Georgian-inspired features, banquette seating and a stunning green colour palette. To top it off, there's also an open kitchen for front-row views of the cooking action.
This eatery isn't just a pretty face, as there's a regularly changing multi-course menu up for grabs. Expect elevated plates, such as mushroom agnolotti with black garlic, parmesan and Wiltshire truffle or Cornish monkfish served alongside smoked eel. And for an added £65? You can get also get wine pairings. Win, win.
