Description
Honest Burgers started when Tom Barton and Philip Eeles met working in Brighton restaurant Riddle & Finns in 2009. After serving up their first burgers together at Brighton Food Festival in 2010, their business grew with a flagship in Brixton in 2011. Since then, they've opened sites across London, Cambridge, Bristol and Reading. In 2019, they announced their homecoming with a new site on Duke Street.
The popular chain has a reputation for championing local, high-quality ingredients from local sources. With their knack for adapting each restaurant’s menu to its location, it seems almost inevitable that Brighton’s local producers will feature heavily across food and drink offerings.
