POLPO Brighton

The Venetian god of small plates and London infamy is popping down South for a piece of Brighton's vibrant food scene for their next venture.

The tentacles of Polpo seems to be spreading roots across the South East as part of their business expansion outside of the capital. Knowing Brightonians love for all things seafood and fresh, Polpo promises another delectable eatery of rugged Italian flare to take root. With a menu taking you through the palatable plates of Italy's most romantic region, Polpo crafts authentic Venetian cuisines that some in the form of small plates and make for a communal dining atmosphere.

The design if this Polpo will continue the rustic style of its London forefathers. Picture reclaimed woods, a tin ceiling and old chemistry lab tables with a statement zinc topped bar making up the innards of this eatery where antique maps of Venice nod to the ventures Italian roots. 

POLPO Brighton is available for a private whole hire, the restaurant is hugely adaptable and can be suitable for sit down meals for up to 70, or drink parties for up to 100! They do Cocktail Masterclasses too!
