Description
The country's first restaurant offering organic cannabinoid-infused dishes has landed in The Lanes.
Whether you're a plant-based foodie or just looking to dig into heaps of hemp, you'll want to check out The Canna Kitchen. The veggie spot is the first of its kind in the UK and it's all about cannabinoids. Taking over the former Vapour Evolution shop, founder Sammy Ben-Rabeh is bringing CBD, CBN and CBG to the masses... and yes, it's legal. Expect a cafe and dispensary serving infused cakes and drinks, as well as, a roof terrace where you can vape with a Turkish coffee in hand.
The menu focuses on locally sourced organic produce, with dishes suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. Expect Middle Eastern treats like Za'atar roast cauliflower and hemp heart tabbouleh topped with CBD tahini cream, alongside buckwheat and beetroot pancakes with lashings of CBD cashew cheese. There will even be CBD cocktails in the lounge downstairs.
