Description
Bringing vegan doners to the masses, What The Pitta have established themselves in recent years as a hotspot in London, and continue to grow with their first restaurant outside the capital, in Brighton. The brainchild of two British-Turkish friends with a talent for cooking vegan food, the restaurant is now settling into a fourth location.
The most popular dishes are the kebabs which are made of non-GMO soya pieces marinated with secret spices, while the bread is handmade on site before the customers eyes, and filled with homemade hummus, tzatziki, fresh salad and chilli sauce. There are also plant-based pizzas, along with boxes such as the doner chop box, and the couscous salad box available for those seeking a quick, cheap lunchtime fix.
