There’s only room for ten diners inside the graffitied space - with everyone facing the open kitchen as one-woman-show Sarah Scott whizzes around cooking up incredible small plates.
The set menu is kept secret and changes seasonally, but flavours are led by Japan with fresh, Australian produce taking centre stage. For the proper experience, include the drinks pairing which matches dishes with sparkling sake and intriguing wines.
