Description
Set in a renowned Grade II listed converted tram shed which has been lovingly restored and transformed into a funky, award-winning industrial-chic microbrewery restaurant. Split over 2 floors each with their own unique style and Instagrammable decor, Zerodegrees is certainly a unique place to drink and dine in central Bristol.
Zerodegrees offers bold flavours inspired by Italy with authentic pastas, fresh mussels and wood-fired pizzas, alongside a sublime selection of home-brewed core beers, unrivalled one-offs and sensational specials to bring you one of the most complete craft beer ranges on offer this side of the world.
Perched on the corner of Colston Street and Park Row (located at the top of the Christmas Steps), the Bristol outpost sprawls across two floors with garden terraces and plenty of outdoor space for the sun seekers (weather permitting). On the ground floor with stunning views across Bristol Old City, the Zerodegrees Bar & Restaurant takes pride of place. The Bar, complete with surround balcony and pool tables is where the magic happens. Guests are invited to watch Simon, our Master Brewer, busy at work behind the scenes brewing up a batch of our core beers or one of our ever changing specials. There aren't very many bars and restaurants in Bristol that can say they brew their beer on site, right in front of their customers. The bar even goes one step further, recommending certain beers for certain dishes on the menu, so keep an eye out for the perfect craft brew to wash down with your dish. The busy 80 seat restaurant sits adjacent to the bar with views right into the kitchen where our chefs are busy preparing lunch and dinner.
On the Mezzanine level we have our Tank Lounge with private bar & outdoor terrace and private Bohemian Room with it's own balcony overlooking the Old City. The Tank Lounge holds a maximum of 90-130 guests and the bohemian seats a maximum of 16 guests.
Zerodegrees Microbrewery is an inspirational spot for meetings of any size and a range of corporate or private events. There are two modern meeting rooms on our mezzanine and a large taproom area that is perfect for networking events or all-day conferences.
