Where to go for Asian food in Bristol
The Saigon Kitchen
- Vietnamese
- 25 Zetland Road, Bristol, Avon, United Kingdom, BS6 7AH
The Saigon Kitchen is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in
Redland, created by Chef Trung who takes pride in his Vietnamese
roots, having moved to Bristol following his childhood in Vietnam.
These home-cooked dishes are stunning and packed with flavour; we
especially love the pho! The team is fantastic here and seating
options are offered for both inside and out, perfect for those who
want an al fresco vibe.

Bokman
- Korean
- Nine Tree Hill, 3, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS13SB
Here we have Bokman, offering a stunning Korean menu that
boasts the delicious Octopus Bibim Salad. This authentic Korean
restaurant is perfect for a relaxed evening dumpling date, being
open Tuesday – Saturday evenings only. If dumplings aren’t your
jam, we recommend opting for the mackerel with kimchi! With great
vegan options too, we love this super cute, chilled vibe
venue.

Seven Lucky Gods
- Asian Fusion
- UNIT 26, CARGO 2, MUSEUM STREET, Bristol, City of Bristol,
United Kingdom, BS1 6WE
Seven Lucky Gods is an ever-popular Wapping Wharf venue
serving stunning Asian fusion drinks and dishes, including spicy
Korean fried chicken, bento buns and sushi. This is another
brilliant date night spot right along the water in Bristol’s
Harbourside. We personally love the insane flavours of the Scottish
scallops and pork belly, with a side of the katsu arancini balls.
Definitely not one to miss.

Cathay Rendezvous
- Chinese
- 30 King Street, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 4DZ
As the longest established Chinese restaurant in Bristol,
found in an old Georgian Library, we can confidently say Cathay
Rendezvous is a stunning venue that has stood the test of time.
With a friendly team, locally sourced produce and a menu serving
both contemporary as well as traditional dishes, this is a cracking
Chinese eatery. A great restaurant that accommodates parties well
(it also offers a gluten free menu), this place is ideal for a
group of friends looking for the perfect birthday meal.

- Japanese
- 16 King's Rd, Clifton, Bristol BS8 4AB, UK
Great drinks and great plates in a swanky setting in our
favourite, Clifton Village.
Kibou Japanese Kitchen & Bar is perfect for
sushi and sake, wagyu and cocktails – ideal for a special date,
girls/boys night or family dinner. We really do love it here,
especially on a Friday and Saturday night when it opens until
midnight. A totally Instagrammable venue too, with brilliant trees
climbing the outside of the building. Kibou also offers Japanese
afternoon tea, a brilliant twist on a classic!
Yo! Bristol Cirbbs Causeway

- The Avenue, The Mall, BS34 5DG
Get ready to roll with excitement at YO! in Bristol’s
Cribbs Causeway - where sushi and fun meet in a whirlwind of
flavour. This vibrant, conveyor-belt sushi joint brings fresh,
fast, and seriously tasty eats right to your table. From classic
California rolls to zesty, fiery dishes, every plate is bursting
