A bar, kitchen, distillery and spirit school communally living under a big ol’ roof in the centre of Bristol.
The Bristol and Bath Rum Distillery is the home of Dead Man’s Finger’s rum, with DMF created on site in a 500L double retort pot still “Hannah”.
The bar has over 150 different rums from around the world and a fabulous innovative cocktail list created by the distillery’s own team of mixologists.
There is also a wide range of other spirits, a fine selection of wines from around the globe and craft beer too.
The spirit school at The Bristol and Bath Rum Distillery offers the unique opportunity for rum lovers to explore the fascinatingly diverse world of rum. Running a variety of events every week, the bar offers masterclasses and rum making experiences, tasting sessions and other events inspired by the noble spirit.
Whether you’re a local, a visitor, a rum enthusiast, an adventurous newcomer to the spirit or simply looking to enjoy a unique “rum-packed experience”, the Bristol and Bath Rum Distillery is waiting to welcome you.

A unique private space, secluded from the rest of the bar, residing on the mezzanine level of the distillery. It is a premium, intimate area, perfect for a small gathering of friends, family or colleagues. It even has 2 hatches that drinks can be served through, giving an authentic speakeasy experience to your party.

A private room perfect for all corporate needs. Seating for 30, there is a wall mounted 65” flatscreen TV, HDMI and phono connections for all audio, visual requirements. The room has its own sound system with independent controls for the group to control. The room is available from 8am onwards, with breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Hot and cold drinks are available throughout the day too. |

Our cask room is a large seated area, set on its own floor, a few steps down from the distillery bar.The area is intimate, atmospheric and low lit with a mix of sofas and table seating. You can book tables for smaller parties in this area or reserve the area for a private function too. |

The distillery has 2 separate bars, split over three levels. The second bar on the mezzanine level is available for table and group bookings and for private hire. The area has its own bar and includes the speakeasy area too when exclusively booked for a private function. This area has seating for 80 and a capacity of 120. |

Taste, enjoy, learn about, spice and re-distil rum, bespoke to a particular taste too. The Rum school offers a number of different packages for parties of 8 people and over. These can be customised to suit personal requirements. We can also provide food during your event. We offer a range of packages.
