The Whitmore Tap

The Whitmore Tap, named in honor of Butcombe founder Simon Whitmore, is Butcombe Brewing Co’s taproom in Bristol. It offers the full range of Butcombe cask, keg, and bottled beer and cider. Delicious food is served across two floors from their Robata charcoal grill and open kitchen. Situated in the heart of Bristol’s Whiteladies Road, the street-level bar offers exciting bar snacks, small plates, sharing boards, and yakitori skewers. The upstairs dining room highlights British produce, local ingredients, and big, seasonal flavors, all designed to complement and celebrate their own brews.
