Description
With a residency in Cardiff's Kongs, Burger Theory have been gaining a reputation for their epic burgers. Now, they are opening a permanent home in Bristol, on St Stephen's Street.
Run by three chefs, the burger joint uses top quality produce to create delicious dishes. Using West Country beef, cheese from the local area, and Bristol-baked bread, Burger Theory ensures the freshest quality with its products. Plates include the likes of Blue Cow (beef and jalapeno patty, crispy bacon, blue cheese, and chipotle mayo) and Southern Hippy (Portobello mushroom, halluomi, Frank's hot sauce, and blue cheese dressing).
The restaurant's permanent site follows a successful crowd-funding campaign and will feature an outdoor courtyard, murals and exposed wood.
