Located along Lower Guinea Street, Casamia is a Michelin-starred restaurant noted for its wood-fired cooking and incredible dining experiences. Interiors are kept at a stylish minimum, with dark walls, low lighting and a working stack of wood that keeps the oven going. A well-lit open kitchen provides you with tableside entertainment while a fun playlist of tunes is on hand to soundtrack your night.
At the head of the kitchen is Zak Hitchman who works to create a constantly evolving menu. You won't find any a la carte dishes here, but an unforgettable evening of incredible food and theatrical plates. In keeping with the freshest ingredients of the time, the team serves up a culinary parade of around twenty dishes over three and a half hours. Come hungry and see for yourself how it earned its place among hospitality's finest.
