From the same people as Bravas, comes Gambas, a Spanish tapas bar and restaurant. Housed in a Wapping Wharf shipping container, the traditional eatery serves up a classic menu of small plates, seafood and paella. We're talking fried aubergine molasses, croquetas, artisan cheeses and salted chocolate truffles.
Interiors-wise, the venue takes inspiration from Valencia's beautiful Mercado Central with a fresh fish counter, allowing customers to take produce home if they so wish. Gambas also touts an impressive terrace with outdoor seating for the summer months.
