Purezza Bristol

Searching for vegan fast food in Bristol? Look no further than Purezza, a meat-free pizzeria on Gloucester Road. 

Originally finding success in Brighton, the UK's first plant-based pizza restaurant also has sites in London and Hove. It's no surprise that the pioneers have gained a name for their delicious slices, considering they only use the best quality ingredients.

On the menu, bites range from the usual margherita, with mozzarella made in-house from Italian rice milk, to some of the more original toppings, such as smoked beetroot carpaccio and shaved seitan. Bases are made with 48-hour fermented sourdough, which diners can opt to have with organic wholegrain, hemp or gluten-free flour. Alongside the gooey offerings, the Bristol kitchen also serves up innovative starters, including a cashew-based cheese board, pasta, salad bowls, and desserts.
