KIBOU, a sleek Japanese kitchen and bar is set to shake up Clifton's dining scene when it opens this October. Following in its London and Cheltenham sisters' award-winning footsteps, the Bristol restaurant will be serving popular Asian dishes and sushi in a gorgeous location.
Step inside the King's Road haunt and you'll be met with themed artwork, plush seating and decorative fauna, all providing a fun and warm ambiance to the place. But while the interiors are praiseworthy, it's the food and drink options that'll have you coming back for more. Alongside various beers and wines, there's an impressive selection of sake, highballs and signature cocktails such as kombucha-laced tipples and lychee liqueur.
Sushi is the main attraction here, with everything from scallop nigiri and teriyaki eel temaki to mixed vegetable California rolls up for grabs. However, if you're fancying something a little less raw/fishy/rice-based, KIBOU has got you covered with ramen, gyoza and bao.
