Socially-distanced dining? Klosterhaus is the stunning new restaurant for your post-lockdown list.
Helmed by D&D London - the group behind gorgeous spots like 20 Stories in Manchester and London's Quaglino's - this swish space is looking like quite a beaut. Located in Cabot Circus, Klosterhaus is set within the Grade I-listed Quakers Friars building and celebrates the grand cafés of central Europe. That means a sprawling main room, central bar, glamorous private dining and even a sunken outdoor terrace.
Choose your spot and settle in for a menu of German classics like chicken schnitzel, currywurst and slow roasted duck. There's also weekend brunching, roast dinners and options for vegan and veggie diners. Thirsty? There's all sorts of German beers, local craft brews, wines and cocktails to satiate. We've got our eyes on Das Strudel which combines amaretti-infused Havana rum with fresh lemon and cinnamon syrup before topping off with an apple foam.
