Mowgli is finally coming to Bristol and they've got the Indian goods. From the signature pot luck tiffin boxes to the stripped back interiors, this one's looking big. Taking over the space which is currently home to Pizza Express, Mowgli Bristol will be housed in the historic former bank on Corn Street. Think high ceilings paired with the brand's trademark wood panelling and lighting.
The ninth site from founder Nisha Katona, the Bristol outpost is joining Cardiff and Leicester in a trio of openings this year. Food-wise, you can expect street chat like treacle tamarind fries and the infamous chip butty alongside meatier dishes from gunpowder chicken to Manchurian crisped sticky wings. Team your street food staples with cocktails, bottled beers and wines.
