Description
From the teams behind Hyde & Co, The Milk Thistle, Pata Negra and Bambalan, Seven Lucky Gods is bringing Japanese fusion food to Whapping Wharf's Cargo 2. With a focus on Japanese-style tapas, freshly made sushi, bento boxes and snacks, available both for takeaway or dining in, it's an easy spot to drop into whether you're in the market for a quick lunch, cocktails or dinner with friends.
Inspired by the izakaya bars of Tokyo, the venue has as much of the bar about it as the restaurant, with cold Asahi flowing out of the taps and a selection of wines and cocktails perfect for drinking on their 50-capacity sun terrace, which is shared with neighbouring restaurant Kaiju.
