Description
The 3rd is a new project from acclaimed chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias, the mind behind Michelin-starred eateries Casamia and Paco Tapas. Housed in the former Pi Shop site on Lower Guinea Street, there is still very little known about the venue that's replacing the cult pizzeria.
It has been hinted that the new restaurant will feature a bar area and interactive chef’s table, with lighter refreshments of coffee and pastries during the day. Other than this, it's a waiting game for further announcements.
