Description
Steak and cocktails go hand in hand at The Ox. Created by the team behind some of the city's hottest bars, namely Hyde & Co, The Milk Thistle and Seven Lucky Gods, the stylish subterranean restaurant takes after its sister sites for its stunning concoctions and old age decor.
The perfect choice for classy meals with friends or an intimate date night, the place is kitted out in dark furnishings, lavish lighting and a truly impressive wall mural. Meat is the core component of The Ox's menu, with prime dry-aged cuts and an on-site Josper oven gaining the kitchen a name for serving the best steak in Bristol. However, there's also a number of burger and fish offerings, as well as small plates that'll have you tucking into pork and pistachio terrine, grilled scallops and roast bone marrow. To wash it all down? Besides heady tipples, there's local ales, beers and wine.
