KIBOU Cambridge

You'll be spoilt for choice with what to wolf down thanks to an Asian-inspired menu full of goodies such as chicken karaage, dynamite prawns coated in a miso sweet chilli sauce, donburi and wagyu. The Cambridge Chophouse

Our list wouldn't be complete without a special shoutout to The Cambridge Chophouse, only a short walk from King's College Chapel in the heart of the city centre. With affordable prices and a quaint atmosphere, the venue is spread over two floors and is great for romantic candlelit dinners. Tuck into classic British mains like pan-fried duck breast or steaks cooked however you like them, followed by split an apple and cinnamon Yorkshire pudding for dessert. 

The Astronomer

Take your date to The Astronomer on Eddington Avenue to enjoy seasonal food and a great selection of beer in a bright and airy space. Decked out with booths, dark blue walls and low-hanging light fixtures, it's a modern restaurant with a sleek feel. Expect to be thrilled by the menu, featuring the likes of whipped goats cheese with orange blossom to start, then a chocolate and orange sphere scattered with honeycomb to finish.

The Old Bicycle Shop

The Old Bicycle Shop is legendary in Cambridge, with its relaxed vibe, wooden tables and brick walls, not to mention cracking food.
