Description
Asador 44 brings traditional northern Spanish ‘asador’-style cooking to Cardiff.
Coming from the team behind the successful tapas restaurants Bar 44, the restaurant focuses on the traditional chargrilling of meats found in the northern regions of the country. This means locally-sourced, chargrilled meat, fish and vegetables take centre stage on the menu, cooked on a custom-built wood fire grill. But it’s not all about grilled food at Asador 44: they also have a dedicated wine room and cheese cave, meaning they offer a wide variety of cheese and wine kept at an optimum temperature for taste.
