The Vulcan Lounge is a happily affordable gastropub and pizza eatery on Cathays’ Wyverne Road. Breakfast is hearty, served until 3pm and you can get anything from egg on toast and bacon baps right up to The Works for just £3.95.
Stop in for lunch or dinner to find indulgent dishes at similarly inexpensive prices. Enjoy a curry or some lasagne for £4.95 or get stuck in to one of their renowned homemade pizzas for as little as £4.50. Dinasour Pizzas are 21-inchers with three toppings of your choice, if you’re looking for a challenge.
