Located in Duke Street Arcade, Jackson's is a cosy, intimate oyster bar that serves up seafood and international wines.

Lee Skeet (who also runs Cora, which you'll find upstairs) wanted to share his love affair with Cornwall and Devon, so set up this restaurant that transports you to those dreamy coastal destinations. The interiors are made up of repurposed wood, from the tables to the flooring, as well as rattan lampshades and a blue-white colour scheme that reminds you of the ocean.

While the primary focus here is of course the freshly shucked oysters, there are also mouthwatering mussels, plus buns stuffed with lamb and seaweed. Need a drink to pair? If the fabulous selection of vino doesn't take your fancy, check out the stellar cocktails and beers. To top it off, you can snap up two oysters and a tipple for just £10 during Jackson's happy hour from Tuesday to Friday between 4pm and 6pm.
