Description
Located in Cardiff's city centre, The Grazing Shed is pared-back, burger brilliance, perfect for a shopping pit stop.
It's almost certain that any place voted the best burger joint in Wales, knows how to dress up a patty. With more than 25 types to choose from, it's not hard to see how The Grazing Shed won its accolade. All the ingredients are locally sourced, with meat coming from Welsh farmers, bread baked by an artisanal baker daily and the sauces mixed fresh each morning. Burgers are heaped high with toppings such as honey-glazed goats cheese or double-smoked bacon, and for an extra £3 skin-on fries are piled on the side and there's bottomless soda to help wash it down.
The Grazing Shed's interiors are simple and have a community feel. Diners share space on the wooden benches and pop art-style pictures of the suppliers count as the artwork - but when burgers are this good, who needs anything fancy?
