Get ready for some serious lip-smacking, drink-slurping, tummy-grumbling action as Cardiff welcomes an award-winning steak restaurant later this summer.
Pasture will be situated in the stunning Castle Quarter and is the second location from Sam Elliott, who has already won over Bristol with his knock-out formula of top-quality steak, live music and mouthwatering cocktails.
With a focus on ethical and sustainable sourcing, all the beef here will be from a pasture environment, whilst vegetables will be organically grown and local to Wales. If the Bristol menu is anything to go by, eager carnivores will be able to feast on dry-aged fillet, sirloin and chateaubriand steaks cooked over charcoal and topped with a sauce of your choice. On Sundays? Expect a mega roast offering, complete with giant Yorkshires, fluffy potatoes and ladles of the signature house gravy. We’re not drooling… you are.
Weekends will see the restaurant transform into a sultry live music venue, where the drinks are free-flowing and the beats are loud. Set to open this summer, this place is sure to shake up your Saturday night schedule.
