Description
Tucked away on Church Street in the very centre of town (just shy of St John the Baptist City Parish Church), Pho Cardiff serves delicious Vietnamese street food to the city's masses.
Pho take the name from pho - Vietnamese noodle soup - the national dish of Vietnam. It's their signature dish, and they have plenty to choose from, with chicken, beef, veggie and spicy broths available.
Aside from the classic pho noodle soup, Pho also sell fragrant curries, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and tasty wok fried noodle dishes. They also have a huge array of starters that are ideal for sharing with your friends and family.
Impressively, Pho's main menu is over a quarter vegan, and they are nearly entirely gluten free, and come with an accreditation from Coeliac UK, so gluten-free diners and the plant-based can dine confidently.
